5:53 pm	i'm back BABY!! got a gig tomorrow nite at the slug (wot a cool name for a pub) - first gig for a couple of weeks. keen to get back into it now that i've had a taste of it. recording my own songs at home on a four track tape player. keen to get that started and finished. going to start a thing with yim, too. just me and him recording wotever comes out at the end of a days jamming. anyway, the slug gig will be a blast and now it looks like we're gonna start at the rat and parrot again - maybe on fridays. i dont really give two shits where we play, cause its all $$$ to me!! me so hungy.........need food. my simpsons character pick for this week is.........ralph wiggam "you're deceptive" "oh, i bent my wookie" "miss hoover, i've glewed my head to my shoulder" Current Mood: rushed (2 Comments |Comment on this)

6:06 am	its not easy being a rock god........ its thursday morning, 6am. just got up and having a coffee(dbl strength). i hate working for a living....who doesn't? i really wanna play music for a living and at the moment i'm kind of doing this, playing one gig a week. but i need more gigs so i can get rid of the job that is turning me into a zombie. warehouse work is so boooooring!!!! after seeing some foo fighters clips on the weekend, i've decided to grow my hair long and grow a goatie in order to look something like the man who is living the life i should've been given. wish i was dave grohl. 8:27 pm	my very first entry...............wot am i getting myself into? ...well, here we go. i was born in a small country town, music in my veins at an early age, learnt to play drums at 5. moved to the big city and started playing originals. big mistake unless you have a fantastic singer,(dont get me started there!). ended up cutting my losses and started playing early sixties rock covers once a week. i have a gorgeous wife to whom i've been married to for 4.5 yrs. she is the best thing to happen to me. sometimes i think she is going to turn into that inevitable dream and disappear...she is my strength. work in a warehouse during the day. i enjoy smoking mary jane. i'm a massive simpsons fan, red dwarf smeg-head and monty python silly person. apart from all this, my life seems to float along. my wifes' girlfriends call me MR VAGUE. thank you for reading............
